The Housekeeping Supervisor supervises, coaches, and trains room and house attendants to maintain impeccable Staypineapple standards.

Expect to serve as team lead for the entire housekeeping staff, assigning and reviewing work. Oversee critical tasks like keeping staff on schedule, inspecting public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness, and ensuring timely turnover of checkout rooms. Interact with hotel guests in a polite and positive manner while providing training on Standard Operating Procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year related experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic
  • Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems
  • Possess a passion to provide excellent customer service
  • Proficient at fulfilling requests in a thorough and timely manner
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as team lead for the entire housekeeping staff, assigning and reviewing work
  • Keep housekeeping staff on schedule
  • Inspect and approve public areas and guest rooms for cleanliness
  • Ensure timely turnover of checkout rooms
  • Interact with hotel guests in a polite and positive manner
  • Provide training and guidance for housekeeping staff on hotel Standard Operating Procedures and departmental standards
  • Coach and train room and house attendants
