As Assistant Hotel Manager with focus on Front Office, you are a passionate host showing enthusiasm for hospitality. You create an inspiring work atmosphere, develop talents, and lead your Front Office team with clarity and empathy. Guest satisfaction, quality, and economic success always in view, bringing the hotel to the next level with hotel management.

You deputize in all hotel operations including the approximately 60-employee team, support daily business, and represent management during absences. Ensure smooth processes at reception and throughout the hotel while acting as role model and contact for all staff. Manage cost and logistics budgets alongside quality standards and management systems.

Lead, motivate, and further develop employees with shift and vacation planning, internal coachings, cross-trainings, and training organization. Conduct employee discussions with the manager and collaborate closely across departments. Join our expanding team of over 95 hotels in 13 countries, pioneer of budget design in European metropolises.

Requirements

  • Hotel trade training and at least 4 years professional experience in hospitality/gastronomy, or lateral entry with several years team leadership in service
  • Joy in developing employees and required leadership experience
  • Host qualities and pronounced service orientation to create unforgettable guest experiences
  • High social competence, open and communicative manner, and positive basic attitude
  • Excellent manners and good expression in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Team ability and willingness to support across departments

Responsibilities
