About this role

We’re looking for travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service at our depot in San Francisco. You’ll be the face of our company, reporting directly to the Branch’s Operations Assistant. The goal is ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues for smooth depot operations.

You will handle incoming reservations, welcome guests, and manage check-ins and check-outs. Prepare and clean campervans while maintaining them in top condition, monitoring maintenance and repair needs. Register guests, monitor stock, process payments, handle complaints, and troubleshoot emergencies.

Requirements

Travel enthusiast with experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car desirable
Great communication skills and aptitude for direct contact with customers (mandatory)
Eligible to work in the US, valid driver's license, and confident driving a campervan (mandatory)
Available to work weekends and public holidays
Responsible person who takes work seriously and can be relied upon
Well-organised and good at solving problems
