Requirements
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, color matching, and surface preparation
- Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Basic understanding of general maintenance tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of experience in painting and maintenance, preferably in hospitality
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
- Apply paint, stain, varnish, and specialty finishes using professional techniques
- Match colors and maintain consistency with Omni design standards
- Perform touch-ups and repainting to keep guest areas pristine
- Inspect painted surfaces regularly for wear and damage
- Assist with minor wall and trim repairs prior to painting
- Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests
- Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks as needed
