As Hotel Maintenance Manager, you will oversee all property and equipment preventative maintenance and repairs. Ensure our building, systems, and grounds are operating safely, efficiently and in line with company and brand standards. Supervise the engineering team and respond to internal and guest needs.

We seek customer-focused individuals passionate about ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and associates. You will work effectively in a collaborative setting while also independently. Bring technical skills to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions.

Requirements

Passionate about ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and associates
Ability to troubleshoot and repair routine mechanical and electrical malfunctions in hotel systems and equipment
Highly organized and meticulous in performing maintenance tasks
Capable of working effectively in a collaborative setting while also working independently
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments
Enhanced knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
Safety-minded with confidence managing preventative maintenance programs, inspection standards and service contracts
Communicate clearly, enjoy solving problems and know how to motivate and guide a team

Responsibilities

Oversee all property and equipment preventative maintenance and repairs
Ensure building, systems, and grounds operate safely, efficiently and in line with company and brand standards
Supervise the engineering team
Maintain fire and life safety systems
Respond to internal and guest needs
Ensure upkeep of the hotel's front and back-of-house spaces
Manage mechanical/electrical systems, FF&E and other facilities
Diagnose and resolve issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
