The Peninsula Bangkok, gracefully located along the Chao Phraya River, is one of the city’s most iconic luxury hotels. We seek an accomplished and visionary Hotel Manager to partner closely with the Managing Director.

Lead hotel operations as a key member of the Executive Committee, providing hands-on direction across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa & Wellness, Engineering, and Security. Ensure alignment with Peninsula brand standards through clear strategic leadership and day-to-day management. Inspire teams to deliver seamless Peninsula experiences.

Champion a culture of service excellence via visible leadership, interdepartmental collaboration, and consistent communication. Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and strengthening service delivery. Foster high-performance through engagement, accountability, and talent development.

Requirements

  • Extensive senior leadership experience within luxury hospitality, preferably in a Hotel Manager or Director of Operations role
  • Proven track record of managing complex hotel operations and leading diverse, multi-cultural teams
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into operational results
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, approachable management style
  • High level of emotional intelligence with the confidence to make sound decisions in a fast-paced luxury environment
  • Passion for service excellence with a keen eye for detail and guest personalization
  • Fluency in English is essential; Thai language skills or regional cultural understanding would be a strong advantage

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of the Executive Committee, supporting the Managing Director in strategic leadership and day-to-day management of all hotel operations
  • Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa & Wellness, Engineering, Security, ensuring alignment with Peninsula brand standards
  • Champion a culture of service excellence through visible leadership, strong interdepartmental collaboration, and consistent communication
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies, strengthening service delivery, and encouraging proactive problem-solving
  • Ensure financial and commercial objectives are met through effective cost control, revenue optimization, and productivity management
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on engagement, accountability, talent development, and succession planning
  • Maintain strong guest presence, cultivating meaningful relationships, managing feedback, and ensuring personalized, memorable experiences
  • Uphold the highest standards of safety, security, and regulatory compliance while safeguarding the reputation and assets of the hotel
