This full-time role reports to the Executive Housekeeper, supervising the team to ensure effective systems, daily checklists, rosters, attendance, and productivity. Deliver hands-on leadership, drive guest satisfaction beyond expectations, ensure WHS compliance, and collaborate with departments for smooth service transitions. Empower individuals to develop and maintain good practices while assisting in on-the-job training.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a Supervisory role in housekeeping operations in the hotel industry
- Strong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating others
- A passion for developing team skills in all aspects of onboarding and training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with guest service focus
- Attention to detail second to none
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work and make decisions under pressure
- Ability to work across a full time schedule
Responsibilities
- Supervise the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actioned
- Monitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the team
- Empower individuals to ensure good practices are developed and maintained
- Drive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering teams to provide service beyond guests' expectations
- Deliver hands-on supervisory leadership across areas
- Ensure compliance with WHS processes and procedures
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of services
- Assist in on-the-job department and staff training
