We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Banquet Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. You will play a critical role in ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience at various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments with a passion for outstanding customer service.

The Banquet Server position sets up for an event, provides exceptional customer service throughout the entire event, and cleans up after the event. Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area. Actively participate in the set up of banquet rooms and service of food and beverage to guests.

Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment while anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding customer service expectations. Relay important information about orders, allergies, and special requests to the appropriate person. Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns while presenting in professional appearance and mannerisms.

Display awareness and compliance with hotel security, safety, emergency, and energy procedures. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices. Join a team that values excellent service even in stressful situations.

  • Willingness to work long hours, irregular shifts, and on weekends and holidays
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for prolonged periods
