Room Attendants ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards. They maintain clean linen, bedding and towels while stocking rooms with soap, tissues and drinking glasses. Knowledge of hotel property, services and surroundings supports daily operations.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Ability to multi-task
Ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
Maintain knowledge of hotel property, services, hours of operation and surroundings
Stock rooms with soap, tissues, drinking glasses and other essentials
Identify items guests have left behind and report them using lost and found procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
