Requirements

2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Housekeeping Inspector (or similar leadership role in hospitality)
Strong leadership and team management skills as a motivator and problem-solver
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and equipment use
Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate with guests and team members
Experience with housekeeping management software is a plus
