About this role
Hilton Garden Inn Lebanon, a Colwen Hotels property, seeks Laundry Attendants with an eye for detail. In this role, you will wash, dry, fold linen, and treat stains to minimize loss. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to supply closets and hotel carts with proper linen for guest rooms.
Attend to the cleaning process of hotel linens according to Colwen and brand standards. Operate washing and drying equipment, load and unload laundry, measure cleaning agents per specifications, and inspect for stains before washing. Monitor equipment, set proper drying times, fold laundry, and maintain orderly linen stock areas.
Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure adequate linen supply for room preparation. Address public area cleanliness concerns and complete lint and discard logs. Maintain a clean and organized laundry room while performing other duties as requested.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a cleaner or laundry attendant, hotel experience preferred
- Detail-oriented and thorough
- Ability to perform consistent work at the highest standard
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain high performance
- Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant and friendly way
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Willingness to work rotational 7-day cycle including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, and fold hotel linens and terry, treating stains to minimize loss
- Operate washing and drying equipment, loading and unloading machines
- Inspect used laundry for stains and repairs before washing
- Store, inventory, issue, and distribute hotel linens
- Measure and administer cleaning agents according to product specifications
- Supply housekeeping closets and hotel carts with proper linen
- Maintain clean and organized laundry room and linen stock areas
- Assist in monthly linen inventories
