Join Shaner Hotel Group as a Guest Room Attendant at Residence Inn. Clean and service assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards. Maintain standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Handle guest complaints and requests while reporting any maintenance deficiencies. Observe all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Return and restock cart at end of shift, completing additional deep cleaning and seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled. Communicate satisfactorily with guests, management, and co-workers. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers
  • Knowledge of proper chemical handling
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele
