Requirements

Minimum of High School education
Minimum of one (1) year in hotel/restaurant serving role
Food safety certification preferred
Ability to communicate effectively verbally
Team player
Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task and work flexible hours and shifts

Responsibilities

Take accurate food orders from guests and/or ensure buffet is stocked appropriately
Monitor food distribution, ensuring that meals are delivered to the correct recipients and that food is properly prepared and nicely presented
Refresh drinks for guests
Assist with bussing tables
Set up banquet tables and buffets prior to events
Greet and seat guests at banquet functions
Clear tables and reset for subsequent courses or events
Perform various other duties as assigned
