About this role

You will be an integral member of the team that creates distinctively different and authentic experiences for our guests. Respond to guest requests to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and use the freedom to go beyond to turn those interactions into moments of magic. Perform general maintenance tasks, complete assigned work orders, and help in the maintenance and repairs of all property areas.

Assist other engineering personnel with routine repairs and preventive maintenance as part of the team. Earnestly respond to guest requests to ensure their personal comfort. Perform general maintenance to guestrooms and public areas while monitoring and maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas.

Prepare for daily work assignments, review priorities and special projects enthusiastically. Maintain appropriate time management and hold the highest standards for proper use of all equipment. Ensure safety and security of the property, guests, and fellow associates.

Requirements

  • Flexibility with work days and hours
  • Minimum one (1) year in a similar position or equivalent experience using hand tools to repair and maintain equipment
  • Basic knowledge in building maintenance fields
  • Experience with basic diagnostic devices
  • Training in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry knowledge
  • Ability to troubleshoot in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, and carpentry principles
  • People person with ability to interact with guests
