About this role

As a Resort Reservations Agent, you manage guest inquiries and reservations for SCHLOSS Hotel Fleesensee, BEECH Resort Plauer See, and MAREMÜRITZ Yachthafen Resort. Handle written and telephone requests from guests efficiently. Process all inquiries including follow-up to ensure satisfaction.

Your daily tasks include entering guest and reservation data into systems. Conduct active sales and provide individual guest consultations. Manage reservations through various booking systems and handle general correspondence for the department.

Collaborate across departments with Front Office, Meeting & Events, Accounting, Housekeeping, and resort partners. Work as a team player with a sense of personal responsibility. Maintain careful and reliable work practices in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Requirements

Completed vocational training in hospitality or equivalent qualification
Initial experience in this or similar position
Knowledge of Protel hotel software desirable
Confident handling of MS Office
Enjoyment of sales and guest advising
Team player with sense of personal responsibility
Very good German and good English skills in speech and writing
Careful and reliable working style with willingness for weekend and holiday shifts
