Join Pursuit Collection as a Barista and Dining Room Attendant in Glacier National Park's historic hotel. Craft outstanding beverages to fuel guests' adventures while assisting with dining services. Enjoy full-time seasonal work of 35+ hours weekly in a fast-paced, active position.

Serve coffee and espresso drinks in a friendly manner, keeping the service area neat and clean. Maintain portion controls using established pouring methods. Assist with dining room duties, banquets, events, bussing, food running, and set up or break down of spaces.

Work with a dynamic, culturally diverse team from around the globe in an inclusive culture. Spend days in iconic lodges amid stunning scenery, wildlife, and team events. Prepare for a physical environment with walking, stairs, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds in a non-smoking, drug-free setting.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
1-2 years barista or coffee shop experience preferred
Hospitality POS systems experience preferred
Previous cash handling experience preferred
Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
Willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
Committed to Safety First and the highest quality of cleaning & sanitizing standards
Organized with a great eye for detail

Responsibilities

Serve coffee/espresso drinks to guests in a friendly and outgoing manner
Keep service area neat and clean throughout shift
Maintain effective portion controls in the espresso using established pouring methods
Assist with dining room attendant duties, banquets, and events including bussing and food running
Assist with set up and break down of event spaces
Offer assistance to guests and teammates where needed
Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
