Join the dynamic banquet team at Terre Restaurant and add a dash of excitement to your schedule. As a Banquet Server, you'll be right at the heart of the action—creating unforgettable moments and helping set the tone for every celebration.

Your day-to-day involves setting up, opening, and closing the catering area, serving food and beverages at buffets, cocktail events, and receptions. You'll anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge guests throughout the service to offer them a unique experience.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, an asset
Experience in restaurant service, an asset
Good physical condition: must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift/carry loads of up to 50 lb
Excellent stress and pressure management skills
Sociable and team player
Natural ability to communicate well

Responsibilities

Help set up, open, and close the catering area
Serve all food and beverages on different occasions such as buffets, cocktail events, or receptions
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge guests throughout the service to offer them a unique experience
Ensure that the working environment and equipment are always clean, disinfected, and well organized
Mix up great drinks or deliver standout service on the floor as needed
