This role directs heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration plumbing electrical and critical power maintenance and service operations. It evaluates facility needs equipment and systems while developing standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance programs.

Daily work includes overseeing sustainability initiatives for EPA compliance managing complex projects and directing regional field operations. Responsibilities cover approving budgets tracking preventive maintenance and monitoring contractor performance across multiple sites.

The position ensures financial sustainability by developing capital and operational budgets verifying costs and approving contracts and invoices. It maintains project oversight while coordinating resources and verifying material requisitions and timecards.

Compliance with federal state and local HVACR industry laws regulations and guidelines is required through regular inspections and reviews. The manager drives execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and adjusting performance standards accordingly.

Requirements

Requires EPA universal certification
Experience directing heating ventilation air conditioning and refrigeration plumbing electrical and critical power maintenance operations
Ability to oversee sustainability initiatives and Environmental Protection Agency compliance programs
Skill in managing complex projects including work assignment priority and punch lists
Experience directing regional field operations and monitoring contractor performance
Proficiency developing and approving budgets for capital expenses and staff needs
Knowledge of verifying cost estimates and approving contracts and invoices
Familiarity with compliance inspections for federal state and local HVACR laws and regulations
