The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all facility systems. This position leads and coordinates the activities of small groups of maintenance personnel. The supervisor collaborates closely with team members, gathers input from various stakeholders, and consistently evaluates processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

A successful candidate promotes a safe, efficient, positive workplace while managing multiple concurrent projects with strong organizational and planning capabilities.

Requirements

Skilled at managing multiple concurrent projects
Strong organizational and planning capabilities
Personnel leadership, schedule and work hours
Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
Circuit design, load planning troubleshooting, and installation for 480V & 208V three-phase, low-voltage AC/DC
Experience with motors, drives, lighting systems, switchboards, circuit boards, relays, controllers, PLCs
Structural steel and sheet metal fabrication; MIG/TIG/stick welding; brazing/soldering
Operation of brake, shear, roll, ironworking tools, lathe, Bridgeport, and drill presses
