Domes Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at 91 Athens Riviera, an ultimate luxury cabana beach club experience located in Voula, Athens. The role focuses on delivering a luxurious experience for guests through exceptional housekeeping standards across the property.

The supervisor directs daily shift operations of housekeeping, ensuring guestrooms, public spaces and employee areas are clean and well maintained. This includes completing inspections and holding staff accountable for corrective actions while managing the operating budget.

Working side by side with the team, the supervisor trains employees on guest service standards and promotes a collaborative, positive work environment. Attendance at department meetings supports proper communication and planning across the property.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of progressive housekeeping management experience required.
  • Degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall finances of the housekeeping department, maximizing hotel profitability and management of expenses.
  • Effectively manages labor through proper scheduling, monitoring, and adjusting based on business needs.
  • Assists with the preparation and management of the department budget.
  • Ensures sufficient room inventory is available and cleaned to maximize revenue.
  • Accountable for guest satisfaction by providing quality room cleanliness and room supplies.
  • Timely respond to guest concerns or requests in courteous and friendly manner, focuses on service recovery when applicable.
  • Conducts routine inspections of housekeeping operations to maintain standards.
  • Motivates staff by setting goals, providing ongoing feedback, and rewarding/recognizing employees.
