A Guest Service Representative greets guests, checks them in, and acts as their personal contact throughout the stay, with flexibility to think outside the box. Reservations Agents work alongside the supervisor as primary contacts for all room reservations. Both roles ensure efficient, personalized service meeting the highest standards.

Requirements

  • Exemplary guest service skills and demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and personalized guest service, meeting and exceeding Relais & Châteaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond, and Forbes Standards
  • Take and process reservation calls
  • Monitor and respond to all email inquiries
  • Manage the day-to-day flow of online bookings
  • Welcome guests, check in and check out guests
  • Facilitate guest orientation and deliver amenities like fruit plates and room deliveries
  • Answer inquiries regarding the Inn’s services by telephone, email, written correspondence, and in person
  • Assist in the capacity of a Night Auditor whenever necessary
