About this role
Join Sentido Alpenhotel Kaiserfels as Assistant Hotel Manager in this full-time, permanent role starting November or by agreement. Support the Hotel Manager in all matters and represent them during absences. Handle diverse project tasks in a hospitality-focused environment.
Take responsibility for HR and administrative employee matters while supporting the Front Office team and Revenue Manager as needed. Assist in Financial Controlling when required. Manage events across all administrative and operational aspects.
Perform general administrative and cross-departmental coordination. Serve as the link between management and employees. Act as Manager on Duty by agreement in an international work setting.

Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in Hotel Management or similar, ideally with experience in equivalent position
- Very good PC skills: MS Office and Oracle Suite 8
- Strong Rooms and Front Office background
- Ideally solid experience in Reservations, Revenue Management, and HR
- Passion for hospitality
- Personable demeanor and discretion
- Team-oriented with strong social competence
- German and English language skills, additional languages advantageous
