Front Desk Agent

A Kolter Hospitality Gallery Host delivers service excellence to guests, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position processes check-ins and check-outs, issues room keys, and resolves guest issues while complying with all Kolter Hospitality and Hyatt Place standards, policies, and procedures.

Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes and coordinate all guest requests. Inform guests of hotel services, features, and room amenities while welcoming them by name whenever possible. Perform cashiering tasks like bill settlement, posting charges, and adjustments.

Prepare, set up, stock, and provide quality beverages and food products adhering to recipe and presentation standards. Set up and break down meeting space and prepare food for meetings or events. Follow the hotel’s rate structures, discounts, and sell/upsell strategies.

Remain positive and helpful while working in a fast-paced environment. Be effective and innovative in handling and solving problems. Show eagerness to grow within the company and passionately provide personalized guest service.
