Eldorado Resort is seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at our beautiful lakeside property in Kelowna. This rewarding opportunity allows you to showcase your talent while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.
You will lead the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, supervise room attendants, and handle guest concerns with prompt professionalism. Daily tasks include conducting briefings, assigning priorities, delegating workload, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental policies.

Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience is required
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar environment is an asset, with proven ability to provide professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Good computer literacy with experience and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Detail oriented, organized, focused on quality, with effective time management skills
- Highly responsible and reliable, demonstrating initiative as required
- Proven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Available to work varied shifts including days, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed consistently through daily operations
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day operation of the housekeeping department to maintain service standards
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly, logging and notifying the proper areas
- Participate actively in daily briefings, warm-ups, and department meetings
- Ensure Room Attendants are informed daily about priorities in their section
- Proactively address day-to-day operational concerns and determine appropriate solutions
- Assist with training and introduction of new team members, and performance management
- Comply with all safety regulations and ensure a clean and safe working environment
