Requirements

Completed vocational training in a domestic profession and/or professional experience in housekeeping
A sense for how to address and win people over (interpersonal and motivational skills)
Ability to communicate with guests and colleagues in German and English
Leadership experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality setting
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards
Organizational skills to manage workflows, schedules, and inventory

Responsibilities

Supervise cleaning of guest rooms and public areas
Actively shape workflows and training routines to optimize performance
Handle guest requests, lost and found items, and complaints
Inspect guest rooms to ensure they meet quality standards
Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and linens, placing orders as needed
Coordinate with front desk on room status and guest arrivals
