Requirements

Ability to carry and lift 50 pounds and push and pull 100 pounds.
Thorough familiarity with Associate Handbook and adherence to established procedures and policies.
Alertness to hazardous conditions with immediate reporting or correction of any issues.
Capability to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Respond to all maintenance work orders in a timely manner and repair furniture and fixtures within the hotel.
Perform general minor repairs to in-house plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment and HVAC systems.
Report work completed daily to supervisor and perform preventative maintenance in accordance with property standards.
Provide the highest quality of service to guests at all times and respond courteously to questions or requests.
Perform general maintenance on property grounds as needed while practicing safety standards at all times.
Wear proper uniform in accordance with the Standards of Appearance and adhere to all work rules and policies.
