About this role

Join the Valor team as General Manager for the Hilton Garden Inn Haymarket. Direct all phases of hotel operations while providing superior service and product to guests. Ensure a positive and safe environment for associates as stated in the Valor Foundation document.

Develop departmental sales plans in conjunction with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing, including tactics for revenue generation. Research and analyze current and future market areas to develop sales strategy based on data. Involve all hotel personnel in generating revenue through constant communication.

Requirements

  • Ability to direct all phases of hotel operations
