About this role

At Angel of the Winds Casino Resort, provide exceptional guest service with a positive and outgoing attitude as a Restaurant Server Assistant in fine dining. Uphold guiding values of Welcoming, Engaged, Accountable, Customer Experience, and Team. Commit to understanding and delivering what guests want while remaining professional and courteous.

Pick up and deliver food items to restaurant guests in a timely manner while providing constant, attentive, and friendly service. Bus, clean, and reset tables, clearing dishes from occupied tables quickly. Maintain adequate supplies of condiments, silverware, straws, dishes, and trays.

Ensure the orderly appearance of dining areas and keep workstations clean, neat, and sanitary. Move tables, chairs, and other furniture as needed, completing all side work efficiently. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, working nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24-hour, 7-day operation.

Be customer service oriented with exceptional guest service skills and the ability to multitask independently. Maintain professional, courteous working relationships across the organization. Duties and responsibilities are subject to change as needed.

Requirements

Exceptional guest service skills
At least 18 years of age
One to three months related work experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Customer service oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and work independently
Ability to maintain professional, courteous, and effective working relationships with all levels of the organization and outside business contacts
Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State
Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State Health Card (Food Worker Card)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Washington State Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) Class 13 Servers Permit
