We are seeking a part-time Restaurant Server to craft exceptional experiences for our guests.

In this role, you will maintain current knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods. You will set up your station, greet guests professionally, and suggestively sell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Orders are recorded accurately into the POS terminal with attention to timing and presentation.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of experience as a Food Server in a high-volume, upscale hotel or restaurant environment
  • Thorough knowledge of food terminology, food service techniques, and sanitation standards
  • Exceptional guest service skills
  • Ability to work politely and professionally with guests, management, and team members
  • Compliance with safety regulations and hotel standards

Responsibilities

  • Maintain current knowledge of all menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
  • Set up assigned station with all required supplies and mise en place
  • Greet guests in a polite professional manner according to Loews standards
  • Suggestively sell menu items to enhance the dining experience
  • Record guest orders accurately and enter them into the POS terminal
  • Coordinate placement of orders to ensure proper timing and delivery flow
  • Inspect presentation of all food items to ensure quality before serving
  • Serve all food and beverage items professionally according to Loews Standards
