About this role

As a Duty Manager in our Work Dynamics team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of day-to-day service delivery during your shift. This role ensures the proper usage and functionality of the technologies implemented at the site, combining world-class services with advisory and technology for our clients.

Your day-to-day involves overseeing Helpdesk and Mailroom operations, Front Office operations, Security operations, and Housekeeping operations. You will provide management advice on escalated issues, ensure immediate response to priority calls, and follow escalation processes to maintain seamless facility operations.

You will work closely with the security assignment manager and housekeeping in-charge to coordinate client and VIP visits, manage vendor performance, and ensure staff adhere to GAP norms. The role requires taking rounds of the front office, lobby area, and restrooms to maintain high standards of housekeeping and upkeep.

Requirements

  • Experience in helpdesk and front office operations
  • Client management skills
  • Ability to coordinate client events
  • Experience with café operations and day-to-day facility operations
  • Knowledge of security and housekeeping operations
  • Ability to manage vendor performance and ensure adherence to GAP norms
  • Familiarity with EHS practices and PPE implementation
  • Experience with asset tracking and stakeholder updates

Responsibilities

  • Provide management advice on Helpdesk/Mailroom for escalated issues during the shift
  • Ensure immediate response to all priority calls from employees and follow escalation process
  • Take rounds of front office, lobby area, and rest rooms to ensure high standard of housekeeping and upkeep
  • Attend shift briefings and ensure security and housekeeping muster and deployment
  • Manage overall key room, clock room, and time office operations
  • Ensure weekly training is imparted and staff grooming standards are maintained
  • Coordinate client and VIP visits with security and housekeeping in-charge
  • Ensure VMT tool (vendor management tool) is operational and all registers/tools are updated for material movements
