Requirements

Knowledge of menu ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation standards
Ability to operate POS terminal for order entry and payment processing
Skill in suggestively selling menu items to guests
Capability to monitor guest needs and respond promptly to requests
Proficiency in coordinating food timing and inspecting presentation quality
Ability to complete accurate revenue reports and cash deposits

Responsibilities

Maintain current knowledge of all menu offerings including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation
Set up assigned station with all required supplies and Mis en Place
Greet guests in a polite professional manner according to Loews standards
Suggestively sell menu items to enhance the dining experience
Record all aspects of guest orders accurately and enter into POS terminal
Coordinate placement of orders to ensure consistent timing and flow throughout the meal
Inspect presentation of all food items to ensure quality product is delivered as ordered
Prepare and present accurate complete guest checks and complete end of shift revenue reports
