The MICE Manager stipulates offers based on received requests and contractualizes confirmed events. They organize events with clients, sell hotel services, prepare service orders, and control meeting room setups. Monitoring event progress ensures seamless execution.

In a dynamic hotel environment, the role involves defining ad hoc menus and locandine while verifying event billing. Collaboration with teams handles variable diurnal and evening shifts across 5-7 days weekly. Full-time at 40 hours supports high-volume MICE operations.
