Ensure an efficient operation on the shift and take responsibility for team briefings. Focus on checking guest bedrooms and public areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.

Supervise, mentor and develop the Room Attendants assigned to your section. Empower the team to be more involved in the guest experience. Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel environment.
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • Courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
  • Ability to listen to guest needs and adapt to meet them.
  • Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
