In this role, you assist in managing housekeeping, laundry, and public area staff while performing daily duties. You assign rooms and projects to the team, enter room status in the computer system, and promptly report maintenance issues. Assisting with daily room inspections ensures high standards are maintained.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of hotel housekeeping supervisory experience.
Past housekeeping or related work experience.
Strong oral and interpersonal skills.
Team player attitude to ensure efficient property operation.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic computer skills.
Availability to work Thursday through Monday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing housekeeping, laundry, and public area staff to ensure a respectful and friendly work environment.
Perform daily duties including assigning rooms and projects to the team and entering room status in the computer system.
Promptly report room status and maintenance issues to appropriate departments.
Assist in the daily room inspection program to maintain quality standards.
Perform all primary housekeeping-related tasks, including laundry, housekeeping, and public area cleaning.
