The Events Operations Manager orchestrates the energy, flow, and structural execution of every gathering hosted at the venue. This covers grand theatrical productions in the Ballroom as well as intimate external pop-ups and high-end caterings.

You lead a dedicated internal team while working side-by-side with a curated network of talented freelancers and agency partners. Events range from conferences and flying dinners to film premieres, award ceremonies, yoga classes, and gala dinners.

We seek someone with an innate high-touch mentality who instinctively refines light, sound, glass alignment, and room atmosphere. The role balances meticulous precision with genuine heartfelt warmth while constantly seeking opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Orchestrate the energy, flow, and structural execution of every event from ballroom productions to external pop-ups
Ensure the signature blend of art, culture, and world-class service is realized in every detail
Lead a dedicated internal team of event staff
Coordinate with a curated network of freelancers and agency partners
Refine lighting, sound, table settings, and overall room atmosphere for each gathering
Deliver conferences, flying dinners, film premieres, award ceremonies, and gala dinners
