You extend hospitality with heart by guiding guests through the registration process, issuing unit keys, and sharing information about the resort and nearby attractions. You also provide room rate quotes, confirm reservations, and respond quickly to inquiries and concerns.

You work in a fast-paced environment where professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail help maintain smooth front desk operations. Processing cash and credit card transactions while following established procedures ensures accuracy and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Basic computer and office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm welcomes to guests from around the world.
  • Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and share information about the resort and area attractions.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
  • Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete cashier responsibilities.
  • Complete all check-out procedures and verify correct charges and credits in guest folios.
  • Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
  • Provide guests with room rate quotes.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.
