Choice Hotels International is one of the largest lodging franchisors worldwide. It manages a portfolio including Radisson Blu and Country Inn & Suites. The Radisson Hotel Seattle Airport needs a Front Desk Agent to support guest services at its location across from the airport.

Front Desk Agents serve as an essential part of the customer service team. They check guests in and out while managing the overall guest experience. Agents also answer questions about the hotel and surrounding areas for visitors.

Responsibilities

Greeting and engaging all guests while taking personal action to accommodate their individual needs
Creating an unending energetic environment for guests and team members
Reviewing all guest reservations and planning their accommodation accordingly
Processing financial transactions and arranging special billing needs when necessary
Keeping current on activities, events, and meetings throughout the hotel and local area
Managing all guest concerns or requests diligently and without hesitation
Personally chauffeuring guests to and from locations in the immediate area using the company van
Maintaining an Everyone Sells vision while driving hotel revenues through upsell efforts
