As a 7Venture Stand Manager, you take full responsibility for your location's growth, profitable operation, and the preservation of 7 Brew's culture, mission, and values.
Day-to-day, you will coach, train, perform administrative duties, and oversee operations while maintaining excellent wait times, cleanliness, and genuine customer interactions. You will create weekly shift schedules, track and order inventory, ensure proper cash handling, and thoughtfully delegate tasks to your leadership team and Brewistas.
You will lead a crew of 40+ team members, developing new leaders for future roles and maintaining genuine connections with each person. The role requires working in a self-sufficient manner while collaborating with the district coach when needed, always upholding health and safety requirements.
This position offers a path to grow as a leader in a fast-paced, people-first environment where your ability to adapt and implement solutions during stressful situations is valued. You will have the opportunity to shape the culture and success of your stand while preserving the energy that is changing the drive-thru coffee industry.
Requirements
- Can create and maintain genuine, uplifting interactions with strangers for up to two minutes at a time
- Can work carefully and quickly with hot water, coffee, glass bottles, and dairy products
- Can stand comfortably for hours and lift up to 50lbs
- Can assertively and graciously confront coworkers to address operational, procedural, or cultural issues
- Can effectively lead and direct multiple personality types under pressure
- Has proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment with 40+ team members
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and Email
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Become proficient in all Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets
- Maintain excellent wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training, coaching, and encouragement
- Create a weekly shift schedule that meets crew needs and budgeted cost of labor while ensuring quick wait times and short lines
- Track and order necessary inventory, small wares, parts, and equipment while maintaining a low cost of goods sold
- Ensure appropriate cash handling, deposits, and change for the stand
- Hire, fire, and handle disciplinary actions related to shift leads and baristas
- Promptly implement and communicate directives from upper management
- Develop new leaders to step into future roles
