Restaurant Server

The LINE Hotel Group seeks a dynamic Restaurant Server to join Arlo Grey. A successful candidate will have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and an entrepreneurial spirit. The LINE properties are a collaboration of the best local and out-of-town talent in design, food and beverage, arts and culture.

Servers greet every guest promptly with a smile and maintain eye contact while demonstrating expert understanding of the sequence of service. They must possess full knowledge of menu items, their ingredients and preparation techniques along with expert knowledge of the POS system to correctly coordinate orders.

Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow colleagues and other departments within the hotel. Anticipate guest needs including pre-bussing, re-ordering, check delivery and payments while following alcohol awareness procedures and policies at all times.
