Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent you serve as the face of the resort and the first point of contact for all guests. You help create memorable stays while working in a year-round full-time role at a Luxury Collection property. The position offers a strong starting point in hospitality with clear upward mobility.

Daily work centers on checking guests in and out, answering phones, and handling every customer need that arises.
