About this role

The Louise is seeking Food & Beverage Attendants to join the team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Working across both Appellation Restaurant and Contour, you will support service on the floor and behind the bar. This part-time role offers approximately 25 hours per week.

You will deliver exceptional food and beverage service across both venues while providing wine service and guest recommendations. Support operations both on the floor and behind the bar, maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Create warm, personalised guest experiences throughout every interaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar food and beverage role
  • Confidence in section waiting and wine service
  • Strong interest in food, wine and hospitality
  • Knowledge of South Australian wines (advantageous)
  • Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
