About this role
Sodexo Live! has an opportunity for a Food Operations Manager at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (ATL). Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure.
In this role, you will have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product. You will be flexible to work a varied schedule that includes day and evening shifts, and you will achieve company and client financial targets and goals.
You will develop and maintain client and customer relationships while motivating, coaching, mentoring, and developing frontline (hourly) staff. You will ensure Sodexo standards are met, including compliance with company food and physical safety programs.

Requirements
- Previous food and beverage experience within hotels, restaurants, or similar upscale hospitality venue
- Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high level of customer service
- Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems as well as menu graphics programs
