You will follow brand standards, train, coach, and recognize your team to deliver an amazing customer experience. The customer experience should never exceed the Team Member's experience, and you achieve results through your team.

When they succeed, you succeed. You will inspire and engage customers and Team Members alike, treating others as you want to be treated, and growing sales while creating a restaurant experience you are proud of.
