About this role

Calling all fast-paced, food-loving leaders! The Restaurant General Manager (RGM) is responsible for the people, business, and overall operations of the restaurant. RGMs build and inspire their team, creating an environment where employees love to work and customers love to visit.

This role involves managing budgets, providing daily coaching and feedback, and fostering teamwork with a practical, hands-on approach. The RGM oversees all restaurant operations, from training and development to ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and also manages inventory and schedules staff to maintain efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2+ years of prior managerial experience in the restaurant industry and/or related field
  • Preferred: ServSafe Certification (assistance and education provided if not certified)
  • Energetic and excellent communication skills
  • Practical/hands-on approach
