Join Princess Cruises as a Laundry Attendant in the Rooms Division, reporting to the Laundry Master. Assist in delighting guests by providing consistently excellent laundry service while maintaining cost efficiency. Your application will be submitted to Magsaysay, one of Princess Cruises' official Hiring Partners in the Philippines.

Process linens promptly as directed to ensure they are finished properly and ready for collection by operating departments on time. Provide valet processing and service to the required company standard. Operate Laundry machinery in accordance with manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Laundry Master.

Maintain working areas to the required standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance. Always provide a positive first impression of designated Laundry areas and remain engaged through completion of service. Respond promptly to resolve concerns, escalating to the Laundry Master as appropriate.

Requirements

Attend USPH and Sanitation courses and understand environmental rules
Complete command of the English language
Ability to operate laundry machinery safely and efficiently
Knowledge of proper linen processing and valet service standards
Physical capability to handle guest baggage and perform embarkation duties
Commitment to company values, sanitation, and housekeeping standards
Adherence to timekeeping rules and accurate MLC Hours of Rest records

Responsibilities

Assist the Laundry Master in providing excellent laundry service while maintaining cost efficiency
Provide valet processing and service to the required company standard
Process linens promptly to ensure proper finish and timely readiness for operating departments
Perform embarkation duties including collecting, stowing, loading, and distributing guest baggage
Maintain working area to housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance standards
Respond promptly to concerns and escalate to the Laundry Master as appropriate
Operate Laundry machinery per manufacturer specifications and Laundry Master directions
Comply with Public Health requirements for the Laundry area
