Oversee daily operations across multiple locations in The Netherlands. Hire, train, and develop supervisors and staff; monitor and improve food quality, speed of service, and customer experience. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations while driving operational efficiencies and cost control.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in fast casual / quick-service restaurants
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of food safety and service standards
Hands-on problem-solving abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluent in English
Based in or around Amsterdam
