Mercure Resort, nestled between the lush Hinterland and beautiful beaches of the Gold Coast, seeks a Room Attendant to join its team. This part-time role contributes to memorable, relaxing experiences for every guest while upholding the resort's wellness philosophy to slow down, stay well and discover local.

Day-to-day duties include cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, making beds, and replenishing amenities. You will also support the Housekeeping team with stock replenishment and public area cleaning when required. This fast-paced, physically active role demands attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

You will work within a supportive, positive team culture, collaborating with the wider resort team to provide heartfelt hospitality. The resort features tropical gardens, sparkling pools, and a philosophy that values personality and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience
Positive teamwork mindset
Knowledge and understanding of safe work practices in housekeeping
Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced active role
Professional and tidy personal presentation
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Attention to detail and ability to take initiative
Flexibility to work across all days of the week
