You will take and fulfill food and drink orders, either directly to guests or by liaising with lane servers and captains. Days include delivering orders accurately and swiftly while working closely with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless experience.

You'll learn our menu, promotions, and weekly specials to relay to guests, and help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center. The work environment is a typical entertainment center where you'll walk, bend, and stand for extended periods, sometimes outdoors in various weather conditions.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age
Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
High School Diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience preferred
Proven success in school or previous job experience
Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift objects with some assistance
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and remain highly alert

Responsibilities

Deliver guests' food and beverage orders accurately and swiftly
Work with lane servers and kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly
Learn and relay the menu, promotions, and weekly specials to guests
Accurately ring sales for all food and beverage orders
Help maintain the overall cleanliness of the center
Promote responsible alcohol sales and service, complying with all local regulations
