The General Manager fully comprehends the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them. Sustainability, wellness, and out-of-the-ordinary experiences form the core of all operations.

Safeguard these pillars through strategic planning, development, and implementation of all directives, practices, and initiatives across the hotel. Assume full responsibility for the efficient operation to deliver exceptional products and services within Six Senses brand standards and budget. Ensure performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.

Lead and maintain an inclusive work environment, fostering an open and respectful culture for the team. Instill a revenue-focused philosophy engaging all hosts in driving revenue opportunities and profitability. Oversee strategic direction of marketing, sales, and public relations to enhance brand visibility.

Operate the hotel in compliance with all legal, statutory, financial requirements, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security, and safety protocols. Position the property as a leading premium luxury urban hotel through successful pre-opening delivery. Deliver out-of-the-ordinary experiences while fostering a desirable workplace.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership in luxury hotel pre-openings and operations
  • Deep understanding of premium hospitality brand standards
  • Experience fostering inclusive and high-performance team cultures
  • Expertise in revenue management and profitability strategies
  • Strategic oversight of sales, marketing, and PR in hospitality
  • Knowledge of legal, financial, and safety compliance in hotels
  • Commitment to sustainability, wellness, and innovative guest experiences
  • Track record in urban luxury property positioning
