Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with problem-solving ability
Previous server experience preferred
Ability to operate point-of-sale system
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to work with a team
Ability to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds
Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Ensure banquet rooms are set according to event orders and management specifications
Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and friendly greeting
Take orders from guests and deliver to appropriate person to execute
Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items accurately
Collect plates and clear tables as guests finish their meal
Maintain sideboards and ensure they are adequately stocked
Adhere to all Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service and state liquor policies
Assist with cleaning dining areas and preparing silverware and condiments
